- the facility to request staff;
- the ability to track progress on campaigns;
- panels relevant to their needs;
- access to key documents relevant to activating a recruitment campaign;
- the CRM Newsletters;
- Client FAQ
These features will help streamline the process and remove the need and reliance for clients to email the CRM teams. The Client Portal will also provide access to useful resources such as the new Interviewer Skills e-Learning Programme, as well as access to the new edition of the Recruitment & Selection Toolkit.
