We are delighted to be sponsoring the Civil Service Women’s Network as part of our celebrations for International Women’s Day at the Hibernia Conference Centre, in Dublin Castle on Tuesday the 3rd of March at 9:15am to 11:30am.

The Civil Service Women’s Network is a newly formed, voluntary, cross-civil service network with a mission to connect women and supporters of women, as empowered contributors to the Irish Civil Service.

As part of this event, there will be a video address by Brigadier General Maureen O’Brien of the Irish Defence Forces as well as a panel discussion with Neil Ward, the Director of Operations and Service Delivery in the Department of Justice and Equality, Carina Furlong, Leadership Development
Consultant and Co-President of PWN Global and Ann Derwin, Director General of Global Irish Services in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The panel will discuss driving inclusion and diversity agendas across their respective fields. There will also be a historical presentation by Dr Angela Byrne show-casing pioneering women in the Civil Service over the past century.

We can’t wait to celebrate the unique contributions women make in public life with the Civil Service Women’s Network as part of our support for International Women’s Day.
