The Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) is an independent Office of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation. Its mission is to improve the compliance environment for corporate activity in the Irish economy by encouraging adherence to, and dissuading non-compliance with, company law.
The ODCE has a vacancy for a Digital Forensics Specialist who will play a key role in the organisation and make a significant contribution to complex and serious company law investigations, both civil and criminal.
The successful candidate will:
• have a relevant qualification at primary degree level;
• have significant experience of working in an ICT role, i.e. at least five years’ relevant experience and possess strong project management skills;
• be flexible, results-focussed and have the ability to work under pressure in a complex, legal, technical and regulatory environment;
• have an appreciation of the requirements for working effectively and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment, including the flexibility to work effectively with all other relevant colleagues and stakeholders across sectoral, organisational and professional boundaries.
