publicjobs wins ‘Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign’ at Employment & Recruitment Federation (ERF) Awards 2025

 


This campaign was created to demonstrate the wide variety of roles available in the civil and public service to potential candidates, highlighting how they can make a real difference in society through the areas they are passionate about. The campaign sought to highlight that, no matter who you are or where your interests lie, that there’s a career in the civil and public service for you. The campaign actively demonstrated, through real life employees with a lived experience; the wide variety of attractive, interesting, and purposeful roles on offer.

The Employment & Recruitment Federation (ERF) Awards recognise excellence in the recruitment industry, and publicjobs CEO, Margaret McCabe, was joined alongside some of our marketing and local government team to accept this award on behalf of publicjobs.

This campaign was praised for its boldness, creativity, and strong purpose. Judges highlighted its success in tackling long-held misconceptions about careers in this sector with authenticity and optimism, showing real people making a real impact. They also noted the campaign's excellent multi-channel utilisation, strong connection, and clear evidence of success.
