From receiving thousands of applications to over 500 recruitment competitions for a variety of Government departments, organisations, and fields of interest, to completing over 30,000 assessments, and holding 12,291 interviews, to 776 reasonable accommodations supported throughout each step of the recruitment process, publicjobs has had a hugely impactful 2025.

Throughout this year, they received praise for their commitment and diligence, achieving multiple awards, including being recognised as the Workforce of the Future at the Civil Service Excellence and Innovation Awards, being recognised as a 5-star organisation by the European Foundation for Quality Management, and being awarded for the Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign by the Employment and Recruitment Federation.
