Enticing the very best candidates to apply for careers in the civil and public service has only been possible through the continued dedication and hard work of our staff and colleagues. Throughout this year, they received praise for their commitment and diligence, achieving multiple awards, including being recognised as the Workforce of the Future at the Civil Service Excellence and Innovation Awards, being recognised as a 5-star organisation by the European Foundation for Quality Management, and being awarded for the Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign by the Employment and Recruitment Federation.
