The Public Appointments Service (PAS) is pleased to publish our gender pay gap reporting information for 2022. The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 introduced the legislative basis for gender pay gap reporting in Ireland. Regulations under the Act came into operation on 31 May 2022. These require any organisation with 250+ employees to report on their gender pay gap in 2022 with reference to a snapshot date in June 2022.
