Solas win Public Sector Organisation of the Year Award sponsored by publicjobs at the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2025

 


Congratulations to Solas, who won the Public Sector Organisation of the Year category at the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2025. The awards were held at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road on Friday 7th February and the award was presented by our CEO, Margaret McCabe. Solas won the award having impressed the judges with the tangible, measurable impact they are having on people's lives and their community, as well as their commitment to inclusion at every level of their organisation. Well done again to the other category finalists, Bord na Móna, Fáilte Ireland, HEAnet, HPRA, and Uisce Éireann.

The National Diversity & Inclusion Awards are the only dedicated awards which celebrate advances in diversity and inclusion (D&I) in Ireland. The awards returned for their third year in 2025, with 12 categories covering all areas of D&I. The awards were free to enter and submissions were invited from businesses and organisations of all sizes and sectors - with categories for leaders, colleagues, workplace initiatives and public sector bodies that are making a real difference in D&I. publicjobs is a proud sponsor of the Public Sector Organisation of the Year category.

The National Diversity and Inclusion Awards are hosted by the Irish Centre for Diversity and are judged by a panel of leading experts in D&I. From over 180 entries, six finalists in each of the awards’ 12 categories made the shortlist after impressing the judging panel with their work advancing D&I in the workplace.
