On Tuesday 14 March 2023 at the Printworks, Dublin Castle, we shared the findings from our Equality Monitoring Dashboard project, a key step towards ensuring that the civil and public sectors better reflect Irish society.

Insights from both data analytics and personal storytelling can highlight how people from various underrepresented groups experience the workplace. This enables organisations to measure the extent of that difference and drives efforts to ensure all employees have equitable opportunities in the workplace.
